Not Fired

I have been busy busy this last week....

We had a "Save Our Schools" teacher rally with 300+ O.C. teachers last Friday and I made the paper!

I went to San Diego with Natalie, Carrie, and Dana to celebrate Annie Brady's birthday while she was visiting. It was lots of fun meeting for drinks at the Catamaran (mocktails....whoo hoo), taking an old yacht around Mission Bay to different bars, and experiencing Cougars sober for the first time. It was still lots of fun. 

On Sunday I did a bit of breakfast and shopping on Garnet with Meagan and Matt then met Justin, Dave and his son Christian and we went to Hotel Del Coranado where Marilyn Monroe's "Some Like it Hot" was filmed. It was gorgeous, old, wooden, huge, and had a ton of history. If those walls could talk. We walked around Coranado, took the passenger ferry, and then rode the Amtrak train home.  Fun weekend. 

This week at school we have been busy with the leprechauns coming to visit, and writing 33 report cards. 

I got a dining room table I have been dreaming about! It's chunky, rustic, and has a bench. I love it! Justin picked it up and put it together today! 

I am showing just a bit still so I thought a pregger picture was due. We find out the sex in 5 more wake-ups.....next Tuesday March 24th at 3:00!

Last but not least, today the Assistant Super of HR came to my school to personally give me the letter that said the district rescinded my lay-off notice. Yeah!!!! Close call, but yes, I will have my job for next year. :) Now 7 more people have to retire so dear Ruppy officially gets her job back too.
